Barbara has over 25 years of experience in the industry, working at St. Mary’s Bank since 1992. A Certified Mortgage Professional with the Mortgage Bankers and Brokers of New Hampshire, Barbara’s skills are honed in all areas of residential lending, in particular government and non-conforming loans. She is also a licensed real estate broker for the state of NH and a long-standing member of the NH Association and Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors since 1987. Additionally, Barbara shares her extensive knowledge, and has written numerous real estate articles published in The Union Leader and The Nashua Telegraph.
